The Unlimited Child is seeking a passionate Junior Data Analyst to join their purpose-driven team. This role focuses on analyzing, visualizing, and managing data essential to early childhood development programs. The successful candidate will help ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and actionable, enabling the organization to make informed decisions that drive social impact.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization of programmatic data
• Develop dashboards and tools that guide data-driven decisions
• Maintain accurate datasets and ensure accessibility for internal teams
• Leverage KoboToolbox for digital data collection
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot to improve analysis processes
• Work with tools such as Power BI, Excel, Power Automate, Python, R, or SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably within the nonprofit, education, or development sectors
